Those tools are really great, and thanks for showing the OMC flywheel puller which is a must for anyone who works on OMC outboards.  'How to videos' would be great, just try to keep them as short as possible.  I have always liked your videos because they are usually only a few minutes long.  On the other hand, someone who needs help with a particular repair operation would be more than willing to invest some time watching a longer video.  Needless to say, many of the videos out there now are inaccurate, so we do need tutorials that can be trusted...

At 17:28 you say to losen that bolt to allow the tensioner to settle but it shows you tightening it then you tighten it again moments after? Im trying to do this job right but im just confused.
T, Does the little cork corners for the pan go 'ON TOP OF' the rubber lip seal or 'UNDERNEATH' the seal. There is an overlap there. My gasket set only has the complete oil pan gasket (side pieces) and I don't want to snip the ends off. I might just make some out of a thinner cork material, but need to know how far to run the inner ends of there cork piece and whether it got under or over the rubber lip. Thanks
Just a heads up! Great job and great post. I snapped one of the water pump bolts so I went on google to make sure and found that it's 144 in lbs or 12-15 ft lbs.
I get conflicting answers on whether or not to put sealer on the outside of the seal or install dry. I do know the inside needs oil.
